Effective and motivating flute tutor
My middle school daughter started working with Kathleen a few months ago when she decided she wanted to try out for advanced band in the spring and also a local youth orchestra group. She really enjoys her lessons with Kathleen. Kathleen is patient and walks through concepts or exercises in a way my daughter can easily understand, while also challenging her just the right amount. My daughter has been motivated to practice during the week and really looks forward to her lessons. We recently also had Kathleen start working with my fifth-grade daughter who plays clarinet and that's going great too!

Patient and pleasant demeanor
Kathleen is a wonderful flute teacher for my 15 year old. She is patient, knowledgeable, and has a pleasant demeanor. She is highly organized and prepared for each lesson. Lessons start promptly on time and homework is provided for the next lesson. One thing my teenager loves most about Kathleen is that she is always cheerful! I highly recommend Kathleen for any student.
