I view each student as a holistic person who has innate strengths that can be tapped into. Our public school teachers do their best to differentiate for students, but many times students are left behind or not challenged to the best of their abilities through no fault of the teacher. I believe that tutoring is a powerful avenue through which students can grow in their learning, confidence, and self-awareness.
