My students refer to me as the "College Essay Master" and I have been a passionate high school English teacher and College Counselor for twenty years. I am so proud of the relationships I've built with my students and I'm still in touch with many I taught years ago. I pride myself on getting to know my students as individuals and helping them recognize their own strengths, skills, and abilities. Guiding student in the development of strong, authentic narratives for their college and supplemental essays is my strength and I love helping students dig deep for unique essay topics that will make them stand out to admissions committees.

I have helped hundreds of students with their college applications and essays and many have gained acceptance to their dream schools: Boston College, Boston University, MIT, Harvard, Yale, RIT, Babson, Northeastern, Northwestern, University of Chicago, Stanford, University of Pennsylvania, Penn State, Lehigh, American University, University of Vermont, Emerson, Fordham, NYU, University of Illinois, SUNY schools, UC schools, state schools around the U.S., and international schools in Canada and the EU.
