I am the founder of Kuinua Tech LLC and a software engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience in information technology. I hold a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and am currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Information Technology. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and the Power Platform, supporting both commercial and government clients. My background includes designing real-world systems, leading migrations, and developing automation solutions, which allows me to teach not just theory, but how these concepts are applied in professional environments.
I have experience mentoring and training students ranging from high school to adult learners, including internships through programs focused on preparing individuals for IT careers. My teaching approach is practical and adaptive. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps, while also showing students how to apply what they learn in real scenarios. Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, I tailor sessions to each student’s learning style, ensuring they feel confident and supported as they build their skills.
My goal as a tutor is to bridge the gap between learning and doing. I emphasize problem-solving, critical thinking, and hands-on practice so students can not only understand the material but actually use it. I am especially passionate about helping students who may feel overwhelmed by technology gain confidence and independence in their abilities.
