With a Juris Doctor (JD) and a degree in Communications, I specialize in diversity certifications (DBE, MBE, WBE, VBE), supplier diversity, and government contracting compliance. My background includes civil rights, DEI, global mobility, and compliance consulting.

I have years of experience coaching businesses through certification applications, ensuring they meet compliance standards and maximize their opportunities. I’ve worked with companies on CUF compliance, Davis-Bacon regulations, and supplier diversity requirements. As a consultant, I provide practical, results-driven strategies to help businesses secure and utilize their certifications effectively.

In addition to consulting, I am the Vice President of Speaker Development at a speakers bureau, where I train professionals on business strategy, public speaking, and audience engagement. I have led one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and large-scale presentations at universities, conferences, and corporate training sessions. Recently, I led a business pitch competition at the Black Solidarity Conference at Yale University, showcasing my expertise in guiding entrepreneurs toward success.
