I have a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. I believe I am an outstanding tutor because I can relate well to my students which helps to foster a good working relationship. They are excited about the tutoring session and it becomes a better experience for them and not something that is tedious. I like to let my students "run the show" by allowing them to explain what they don't understand and focusing on those specific problems so they can be better prepared for the next homework assignment or quiz/test.
