I have completed my junior level practicum, in which I completed over 80 hours of teaching and observing in a high school English classroom. During this practicum, I had the opportunity to interact with my students, help them complete assignments, teach lessons, and grade assignments. I also tutored an ESL student for one hour a week for six weeks. By the end of the six weeks, my student showed marked improvement in speaking English with confidence. Working with students and watching them grow and improve is an absolute joy to me, and I would love to help you reach your learning goals in a fun, interactive way!
I provide tutoring for a few different subjects. For instance, I provide tutoring for ESL/ESOL students. I grew up overseas, and I know how difficult it can be to learn a second language. As a result, I want to help students become confident in their ability to speak English. I also provide ACT tutoring for English and Reading. I scored a perfect score in the Reading and English portions of the ACT, and I would love to help others score higher than they think they are capable of. I also provide tutoring in English and Bible studies. I attend a Christian university where I have completed Bible classes and English classes.
