Very knowledgable
Selma taught me Spanish. I want to practice/learn conversational Spanish. We went over the conjugate "gustar". She was thorough and helped me gain a better understanding the word's usage. She is a good tutor for those attending an academic class. However, I didn't feel like we were going to work on conversational spanish in the near future. Again, I think she is a good tutor for some in an academic setting.

The Best Spanish Teacher in the Baltimore Area
Selma is the best Spanish teacher you could find in the Baltimore area for levels of Spanish 4 and 5 (AP Spanish) for high school students. If you are students in level 4, and preparing for SAT Subject Spanish Test, then she is definitely the teacher you would like to have. She can pinpoint the issues students are facing. My daughter has taken her lessons for 7 weeks and likes her very much. We would like to use her again if we have time. Thank you, Selma!

Very happy with the experience.
Selma was very patient and thorough with my son. He really liked her a lot. We used her to help study for his Spanish mid-term exam. His grade on is mid-term exam was better than any of his test grades over the semester. That is definitely a testament to Selma's work with him. We will use her again! Very punctual and flexible.
