Hi, I'm Rachell! My pronouns are she/her and I am a higher education professional at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication with Public Relations Emphasis from Northern Arizona University (2022). Most recently, I earned my Master of Education in Higher Education in Student Affairs from Salem State University (2024).

I have my own college counseling business where I support students through the entire college application process! I help students craft their unique narrative to bring out their individual attributes and strengthen their college applications. 100% of my previous students have been admitted into at least one of their top choice universities, including Harvard, Brown, Columbia, Barnard, Brandeis, BU, Northeastern, UMD, and more! I also aim to leverage each student's lived experiences and identities to achieve their dreams.
