I would like to improve the level of the kids in French. I used to tutor in Cameroon for over 9 years. In my opinion and through my experience over the years, I must say patience is one of the main ingredients to successful tutoring and/or teaching. With patience comes a more acute sense of observation and, consequently, learning how each pupil absorbs and retains information. And the next important ingredient is to keep the exchange engaging and interesting.
