I graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University, and three years later I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law. However, these accomplishments did not come easily for me. I have struggled with ADHD since childhood, and- with the help of amazing tutors, teachers, and support systems along the way- I have learned various coping mechanisms and strategies that work for my brain and that helped me to unlock my potential and succeed despite some pretty steep obstacles.
My own experience with ADHD has fueled my passion for teaching and tutoring neurodiverse students- both because I understand the obstacles our unique brains have to overcome, and I know that with the right tools and support- we can succeed!
I have taught and tutored students ranging from elementary age to adults. I have taught conflict resolution, writing, college readiness, mock trial, mediation, LSAT and Bar Exam prep, resume writing- the list goes on! Suffice it to say that I love to teach and I love to engage my students and help you uncover your own unique learning style and writing style that I believe is the key to success in any and all of these areas.
More recently I have been tutoring and preparing law students for the Bar Exam and LSAT, but before that I specialized in teaching and tutoring high school students in writing and college readiness- from SAT prep, college applications, personal statements, and everything in between! I have a passion for writing, so whether you are looking to improve your writing for the classroom, to prepare for college, master your legal writing, or even your resume- I’m here to help!
