Hello, my name is Gabe and I am an elementary math teacher in DC. Overall, I have 6 years of teaching and tutoring experience at all ages and academic levels. The past four years I have worked at elementary schools in DC and Spain teaching Math, Social Studies, Science, Writing, and Spanish. In college, I tutored students in Organic Chemistry, Chemistry, and Spanish. I doubled majored in Biochemistry and Spanish at the University of Tennessee.

I love to teach and help others succeed academically. Academic achievement has allowed me to go to college, live and teach in Spain, volunteer as an interpreter, teach in bilingual schools, and make many friendships with people from different parts of the world. I want other people to be able to expand their horizons and experiences in the world through education. In addition, the knowledge and understanding we can gain through education allows us to think critically about the world, our role in it, and the information we receive.
