I have experience working one-on-one and in small groups with students from first grade through sixth grade. I tailor my approach to meet each child’s needs, using clear explanations, visual supports, and step-by-step guidance. I am patient, encouraging, and skilled at breaking down skills in ways that students can understand. I have also helped organize academic and cultural school events, which gives me a deeper understanding of the community and the families I serve.
As a bilingual educator (English and Spanish), I am especially effective working with English language learners or students who need extra help understanding reading concepts, vocabulary, and homework. My goal is always to create a positive, comfortable learning environment where students feel supported and motivated.
