As a teacher, I focus on listening to my students’ personal goals and identifying where they may feel confused or stuck. My aim is to meet them where they are in their learning and guide them toward clarity.
As a student myself—from elementary school through graduate school—I often struggled with challenging concepts. I know how frustrating it can be when a teacher who is an expert in the subject cannot see where students are having trouble. This experience helps me relate to my students and adapt my teaching style, making difficult concepts easier to grasp by tailoring explanations to each student’s learning style.
