Hello y'all. I'm Dr. Lindsay. First, I have a passion for curiosity and conversation. That is why I like researching society so much! I have degrees in sociology, psychology, and criminology, law and society. I have a bachelor's, a master's, and a doctorate degree. Essentially, I know a lot about our social tendencies, but I also know that meeting individuals where they are means they are more likely to succeed. In the past, I've taught college courses about crime victims and community corrections. I can assist with writing--from conceptualizing an idea from scratch to basic proofreading/feedback of a full draft. I can assist with research questions, methods, analysis, and write-up. I can assist with topical or theoretical concepts in the area of social sciences. I can assist with improving your organization, study, and note-taking skills. I can assist with thesis or dissertation planning and writing. I can assist with using the software programs SPSS or Atlas.ti. I have the most experience teaching undergraduate students and adults. I've been an instructor for 2 years and a researcher for 9 years, but I will always be a lifelong student. I can tutor remotely (online) or in-person.
