I am qualified to tutor in mathematics based on my educational background and teaching experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Assiut University which has sharpened my analytical and problem-solving skills—key foundations I bring to teaching math. Additionally, I completed training and earned certification through Teach For America. For the past two years, I have been a math teacher with District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) as a Teach For America corps member, working with students aged 12-14 in a middle school classroom setting.

My teaching approach centers on clarity, engagement, and building confidence in math. I combine straightforward instruction with interactive problem-solving and real-world examples to connect with students aged 12-14. Drawing from my legal education, I emphasize logical reasoning and structured thinking, which I adapt to suit the diverse learning needs of my students. Over two years in a classroom environment, I’ve developed the ability to simplify complex ideas, adjust to individual learning styles, and drive measurable progress. This blend of skills and experience makes me well-suited to tutor effectively, whether one-on-one or in small groups.
