I'm a software engineer formally trained in C++ (B.S. Software Development, BYU-Idaho), and creator of a Raylib-powered C++ framework called Captain. I have 100+ hours of experience tutoring BYU-Idaho students in C++ and algorithmic thinking fundamentals prior to joining Wyzant. I cover many C++ nuances, ranging from the latest C++ 20 features to C-style coding idioms, and common pitfalls.

I also designed rigorous PHP logins, because when it comes to security, you have to question everything and trust no one, per Google and OAuth docs (verifying ID tokens, not just auth tokens--a common mistake called the Confused Deputy Problem).
