Guided by my philosophy that “habits are easy to make but hard to break, make sure that your habits are good ones that you won’t have to break” I have built a strong foundation in advanced academic study and experience in teaching, training, and learner support. This has also led me to hold a Doctor of Executive Leadership, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development, and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Management with a minor in Human Resources Development.
Since 2017, I have worked in roles that involved teaching, coaching, mentoring, and supporting learning outcomes in university settings, youth programs, internship programs, and professional training environments, both in person and remotely. I have experience working with learners in both one-on-one and group settings and bring a patient, organized, and goal-oriented teaching style that emphasizes engagement, clarity, and steady progress. My background also includes serving as Program Director for an academically focused summer school, where I supported students ages 12–17 in subjects such as Math, English, Reading and Writing, and Biology. I have also worked as a teaching assistant and exam proctor, supported student advisement, led learner-centered training programs, and contributed to internship, youth, and workforce development initiatives.
My approach is structured, supportive, and learner centered. I focus on helping students build understanding, confidence, and measurable growth through clear instruction, encouragement, and consistency. Across all of my roles, I have worked effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds and age groups, and I am committed to creating a positive learning environment that helps each student achieve their goals.
