My approach to tutoring is quite unique. There are always multiple ways to approach problems, and I believe that understanding all the valid paths to a solution is important to fully understand the tested concept. This is especially important for timed tests like the SAT, where some solutions may work, but aren't efficient. I teach my students pattern recognition and ways to optimize test taking. I have tutored over 120 students across subject areas, including AP classes like AP Calculus BC and AP Physics, introductory programming, and competition math like the AMC 8 and AMC 12.
