I've spent the last several years working as a Cyber Operations Specialist, where I gained hands-on experience in adversary tradecraft, malware analysis, incident response, and on-net operations across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. My background includes advanced GIAC certifications such as GREM, GCFA, GCFE, GNFA, GCIH, and GOAA, which reflect both my technical depth and my commitment to mastering the full spectrum of cybersecurity disciplines. I'm currently completing a graduate degree in cybersecurity technology, which helps me bridge academic foundations with real-world operational knowledge.

My teaching experience comes from mentoring junior analysts and soldiers in one-on-one and small-group settings, guiding them through everything from basic security concepts to advanced malware triage and threat hunting workflows. I've helped learners at different stages, from complete beginners preparing for their first CompTIA certification to more experienced analysts looking to strengthen their digital forensics or incident response skills. My approach is patient, structured, and practical: I break down complex topics into clear, understandable steps and always connect theory to real scenarios I've encountered in the field.

I believe students learn best when they understand why something matters, not just how to do it. Because of my operational background, I'm able to show students how attackers think, how defenders respond, and how to build the mindset needed to succeed in cybersecurity roles. Whether someone is preparing for a certification, trying to enter the field, or looking to sharpen their technical abilities, I tailor each lesson to their goals and learning style. My goal is to make cybersecurity accessible, engaging, and confidence-building for every student I work with.
