Hi, my name is Daniel! I have an extensive background in teaching students and helping them to succeed across a variety of subjects. I graduated with a 4.00 GPA from the University of Maryland, College Park with a dual degree in accounting and finance and have always had a passion for teaching others. Hi, my name is Daniel! I have an extensive background in teaching students and helping them to succeed across a variety of subjects. I graduated with a 4.00 GPA from the University of Maryland, College Park with a dual degree in accounting and finance and have always had a passion for teaching others. My specialties include financial and managerial accounting, CPA exam prep (I’m a CPA), Microsoft Excel, statistics, and SAT Math prep. I scored an average of 93 across all four parts of the CPA exam and have helped a large number of accounting students ranging in experience from those taking intro classes to CPA candidates. I also TA'd statistics in college for a few years (specifically business statistics) and scored a perfect 800 on the math portion of the SAT. Regardless of the subject, I pride myself on being able to explain concepts in a digestible manner and helping students to succeed. I have always gone the extra mile to help others learn, especially when I was a TA, and I look forward to continuing this approach as your tutor.
