Hey there, I’m Ignace! Enabling students to excel in math has always been a passion of mine. I have offered my tutoring services to students ranging from primary school to the collegiate level. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Biomedical Engineering and am currently working toward my dual Master’s degree in both Architecture and Urban Planning. My experience has enabled me to tutor students in math from the 3rd grade to the Master’s level in courses that include but are not limited to Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Calculus, and math test prep for standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, and GRE.
I am convinced that math is best learned when it is well clarified, practiced incrementally, and applicable. My approach therefore includes step-by-step concept introduction that utilizes practice problems that gradually increase in complexity as new concepts are introduced to build up a student’s understanding of the subject matter and understand problem areas. To ensure the maximum benefit from our session, please submit any homework assignments, tests, quizzes, or specific topics you would like to review during our session at least 48 hours in advance. Providing materials prior to our session allows for the most effective and efficient use of our time.
