I am able to tutor in writing, grammar, and revisions because strong writing has been a major part of both my academic and professional experience. Throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies, I completed many research papers, essays, and technical writing assignments that required proper grammar, structure, clarity, and proofreading. I developed a strong understanding of essay organization, thesis development, sentence structure, and editing for clarity. I especially enjoy helping students revise their work because many students understand their ideas but need help organizing and clearly communicating them. I focus on helping students not only correct mistakes but also understand why changes are being made so they can improve long-term.

My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Cybersecurity and a Master’s degree in Cyber Accounting. Both programs required extensive academic and professional writing, which strengthened my grammar, proofreading, and revision skills. Accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail were extremely important in my coursework, which directly translates to helping students edit papers and improve their writing.

While I do not have formal classroom teaching experience, I have experience helping peers and individuals one-on-one with revising essays, proofreading assignments, and improving grammar. I have also volunteered by helping individuals review their writing and make corrections while explaining the reasoning behind the changes. My approach is patient, supportive, and focused on building confidence while improving writing skills.
