Work directly with the original language, determine relevance of, analyze and put into context the intelligence collected. Translate and transcribe Farsi into clear, idiomatic English. Serve as mentor to non-native Farsi Language Analysts, introducing them to obscure and colloquial terminology and providing cultural perspective. Serve as the Quality Assurance staff member for the Farsi Language Team.
