I try to take that same approach with every lesson I teach. I love seeing the "ah-ha" moment when a child learns and understands the content.
I have 20+ years of tutoring experience. For the past 6+ years, I have taught in Prince George's County and DC Publics. Both districts use the Common Core curriculum and standards. In addition, I have meant most of that time on the leadership team that helped write, scaffold, and develop lesson plans from the Common Core curriculum.
