I'm currently an Instructor teaching College Chemistry at CPCC. I recently got my PhD in Environmental Science and I also have a BS and MS in Chemistry. I've also spent some time as a math and chemistry tutor in the past 3 years.
One key thing about my style of teaching is that I try to use technology, i.e., videos, visual aids etc. as much as possible as long as I think it'll help my students understand what I'm teaching.

All the other tutors showed up hands in their pockets and never looked over anything I sent them. Because he knew I was in a rush, he jumped in and moved as fast as I wanted. His explanations were precise, to the point, and not too elaborate, though I'm sure he could have been if I needed it. He was very knowledgeable, but he frequently looked up examples in his own textbooks to give me visuals. I really enjoyed his calm and collected demeanor, especially since I was feeling frantic! I would definitely recommend Wasiu!!! A+++ (His picture does not do him justice, he has an extremely friendly and lovable smile!)

Great GRE quantitative tutor
Wasiu was not only patient with me but also used more than one teaching technique when I struggled to understand. We have only had one lesson together and I already feel less anxious about my upcoming exam. Looking forward to more lessons with him!

Very knowledgeable and a very great tutor
Wasiu is a great tutor, he goes at your pace and if you have any questions about something he will explain it. Before I got Waisu I was about 60:40 on understanding chemistry but he worked with me and on my first exam I made a 96! I would recommend him to anyone that wants to learn the subject and make an A in chem.
