I have taught children how to draw,use watercolors, tempera paints. I have done workshops for children that include famous artists. I have just recently did plein air art workshops for children from 9-12. I had a zoo animals art camp. They did pictures of giraffes, panda bears, tigers,and lions. Also wire animals to go along with their pictures. I also involved with an art franchise that develops their drawing skills step by step to make a picture.
We could read a story together and from the story we could do a painting from it. This will help them to understand the story better while being creative in art.
