In total, I have over six years and nursing experience in mental health and another six years working acute care.
While my focus is mental health, my background as left very knowledgeable on all aspects of nursing, not just psych and would be able to tutor any nursing student no matter the subject.
I can teach one on one or in group. I blend in humor and nursing stories to make the information stick while keeping the student engaged and hopefully enjoying the content learned. At the end of session I like to have student teach back what was learn to make sure that the major content areas where addressed.
