Hi, I'm Aryan! I am a current BS/MD student at Penn State, and will be going to Jefferson Medical School in 2 years. I am a dedicated tutor with a strong academic background and extensive teaching experience, maintaining a 4.0 GPA, completing 13 AP courses, and earning a 1590 SAT score. I am also a National Merit Scholar and a U.S. Presidential Scholars Program candidate. My tutoring experience spans several years, including teaching English and math to elementary students through a nonprofit organization, where I developed a supportive teaching style. I also founded and taught at my own SAT tutoring company, creating personalized lessons and targeted strategies that helped students significantly improve their scores. My approach is highly individualized: I love focusing on identifying each student’s specific weaknesses and tailoring instruction to meet their needs. Through extensive one-on-one work across a variety of ages and settings, I have learned to adapt my methods to ensure each student feels confident, supported, and able to succeed.
I tutor a wide range of subjects, including SAT Math, SAT Reading, SAT Writing, AP coursework, biology, chemistry, and general elementary and middle school subjects. My session structure begins by teaching or reviewing core concepts, then working through guided examples with the student, and finally having them practice independently so we can review and correct any misunderstandings together. I respond quickly, communicate clearly, and am committed to helping students make measurable progress. Many of my past students have seen significant increases in their SAT scores, and I bring that same level of support, organization, and personalized attention to every session.
