Hi! I'm Sai, a current medical student at Johns Hopkins University. I also completed my undergraduate studies at Hopkins, where I majored in Neuroscience and Chemistry.
With over six years of experience tutoring high school math and three years of tutoring college-level organic chemistry, I’ve had the opportunity to work with students at all levels. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned as a tutor is that every student learns differently—what works for one may not work for another. Because of this, I always take the time to understand each student’s strengths, challenges, and learning style so I can tailor my approach accordingly. Teaching is one of my greatest passions, and I strive to help every student build confidence and master even the most challenging material.
I'm especially enthusiastic about supporting college students preparing for the MCAT. I scored a 525 on my first attempt—not by chance, but through a structured six-month study plan that I developed and refined myself. My MCAT strategy emphasizes building strong foundational knowledge in each section while also cultivating the test-taking skills necessary to approach questions algorithmically. I firmly believe that with the right tools and intentional practice, test day can feel manageable—and even empowering.
As your tutor, I’ll provide personalized, effective guidance tailored to your goals and schedule. Whether you're just starting your prep or fine-tuning your approach, I’m here to help you succeed.
