Hello, I'm David. I'm currently a Sophomore attending the University of Maryland in College Park, pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering. I've recently started working @ the National Air and Space Museum. Throughout my college experience so far, I have come to realize my passion for understanding the universe and all things STEM related. I love physics and math, and I have every intention to help anyone that needs help in learning about our complex, yet wonderful world.

My professional tutoring experience comes from my year at Mathnasium during my senior year of high school. After the vigorous testing Mathnasium tutors had to undergo, I was ready to teach. Within that year, I learned all about the unique needs of each student, especially across different ages. I taught a range of topics from basic addition to calculus. Teaching at Mathnasium taught me how to communicate with different age groups, allowing me to fulfill the needs of all students. I made sure that if a student didn't understand a concept, we would simplify the concept as much as possible until progress was made. Furthermore, despite the struggles that some students faced, I remained patient, as I believe it is absolutely vital to give each student the time they need to think through problems independently without needless stress.

I make sure to respond quickly to any questions or concerns. Questions are greatly appreciated, and feel free to schedule a lesson!
