Hi! I’m an experienced writer and editor with a background in content writing, copyediting, proofreading, and communications. I hold a master’s degree in journalism from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree in English from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. Over the course of my career, I’ve written and edited website content, articles, social media copy, marketing materials, professional documents, and interview transcripts, with a strong focus on clarity, grammar, structure, and voice.

I work with students, professionals, and other writers who want to strengthen their writing or need an experienced editor to help polish their work. Whether you’re working on an essay, application, professional document, article, or other piece of writing, I can help you develop your ideas, improve organization and flow, correct grammar and punctuation, and make your writing clearer and more effective while preserving your voice.

In addition to my professional writing and editing experience, I’m a certified ESL instructor with more than five years of teaching experience in the U.S. and abroad. I’ve taught one-on-one, in classrooms, and in group settings, and I bring the same attention to language, communication, and detail to my tutoring. My goal is not simply to correct your writing, but to help you become a more confident and effective writer.
