I am a clinical psychology PhD student with advanced training in psychological theory, assessment, and evidence-based practice. My academic work has provided a strong foundation in core areas of psychology, including abnormal psychology, cognitive and behavioral theories, and clinical applications. I also write extensively at a graduate level, including research papers, case conceptualizations, and presentations, which has strengthened my skills in APA style, academic writing, and constructing clear, well-supported arguments.

In my program, I serve as a teaching assistant and frequently support students in understanding course material and improving their written work. I regularly review and edit papers, helping students refine their arguments, strengthen organization, and meet academic standards. Through this experience, I have developed an approach that focuses on breaking down complex psychological concepts into clear, manageable ideas while also guiding students through the writing process, from outlining and thesis development to integrating sources and polishing final drafts.

I primarily work with high school, undergraduate, and graduate-level students in psychology and writing. My tutoring style is collaborative, structured, and tailored to each student’s goals, whether that is preparing for exams, improving grades, or developing stronger academic writing skills. I focus on helping students not only understand the material, but also build confidence in their ability to think critically and communicate their ideas clearly and effectively.
