I recently graduated from the College of Southern Maryland with an Associates in Business Administration, with 29 credits towards Elementary Education. I am currently enrolled at the University of Maryland University College, majoring in Business Administration, and minoring in Human Resources Management.

I was a volunteer at Potomac Elementary School for a year, assisting in teaching children math and reading. I have volunteered several times with United Way (partnered with Target) to work in schools; handling activities with the children. In my previous employment I have worked in Human Resources and Recruiting, where I am always lending a helping hand in progressing peoples careers and knowledge.

I have conducted interviews, and analyzed and scored candidates on their presentations. I have presented company focuses, rules, and training to groups of 5 - 35 people. At my previous company I handled donations, and had to conduct community outreach.

I have worked Human Resources, Team Lead, and Recruiter. In these positions I have handled sourced and selected candidates to interview; I have conducted interviews; I have mentored associates for promotions (I have successfully aided in the promotion of 6 people within a year and half); I have created training materials and presentations to develop associates.

In working in Human Resources, and as Team Lead, I have had to analyze metrics, and deduct root cause, and execute action plans. I have first hand experience working for a big box company, as well as an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration.
