I ask questions to confirm understanding, and answer all questions through a mixture of knowledge of the material, working with the student to be able to locate the answers on their own while being guided, and following up with examples, explanations, and question to ensure that the material is understood, not just the answers given, memorized, then forgotten shortly thereafter.
I have an MBA in International Business, and an undergrad degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I specialize also in Lean Six Sigma and Process Improvement. I served 17+ years in the military and have a large knowledge base in communication, languages, testing, business, etc. I have worked as a private contractor and consultant for numerous high-level government and civilian business and organizations, pertaining to negotiations, contracts, commerce, conflict resolution and agreement creation.
