After leaving CCS, I taught fourth grade at a different school for one year while I was making plans for my church to start a school of its own. I currently have multiple roles that I fulfill. Although I am the Principal of Fellowship Baptist Academy, I also teach elementary math, seventh-grade math, pre-Algebra, and Algebra. In addition to those areas, I teach World History and US History.
Although I prefer in-person teaching, I was asked by a former student to tutor her in Algebra 1 via Zoom a few years ago. Because of my tutoring, she was able to pass that class with a very good grade. Her mother told me that the daughter would not have passed without my tutoring.
