Introduction to Social Media Editing

Chris is great for beginners. I was able to follow his step by step instructions on how to record videos on my iphone. He was able to take the scenarios that I was trying to create and visualize what I was saying. He also provided future training scenarios. I will schedule additional sessions with him.

Patient and Knowledgeable

I had a somewhat unusual issue involving multiple Macs, Apple IDs, iCloud, Google accounts, Chrome profiles, and syncing across devices. He was patient, took the time to understand my setup, and helped me start untangling what was connected to what. He provided helpful follow-up notes after our session and is continuing to research solutions for some of the more complicated issues. While we didn't solve everything in one session, I appreciated his willingness to dig into the problem and help me build a clearer understanding of my system. I'd be happy to work with him again.
