I have an undergraduate degree in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry. As a lifelong learner, I went on to obtain a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in recent years. I decided to resume tutoring, as one of my passions is helping others to develop a love for learning. I believe each student is capable of learning, even the most challenging concepts, if instruction is differentiated sufficiently to accommodate their learning style. Beyond rote memorization, I like to incorporate mnemonics, visuals and occasionally songs (pending the subject) to ensure my students understand the concept and make the topic come alive.
When I was a classroom teacher, I had the privilege of inspiring countless students, watching them grasp complex concepts, and witnessing their confidence soar.
