Hi guys I’m Chase. I’m a senior at the University of Miami. I’m in the honors program double majoring in biology (BS) and studio art (BA). I tutor organic chemistry I and II. I have three semesters of experience in tutoring students virtually through my university. The best part of tutoring for me is helping students get over the fear of orgo and to welcome them into the beauty of it all.
I truly respect organic chemistry and enjoy helping others to get a strong feel for it. I earned an A in accelerated organic chemistry II and ranked in the top 3 students out of 125+ students that semester. Since then I've stuck with the field as a tutor as it brings me great satisfaction. I’m available for sessions of a chosen duration and day(s) of the week that best suit the tutee (and tutor). An à la carte mode of tutoring is also a go too! I find that students get the most out of a session if the student sends the topics that they want to go over beforehand so I can prepare concepts. The rate for sessions is $50 an hour, but communication of topics and preparation is done on my own time.
