To give you some context about my experience, I obtained my doctorate in Nuclear Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 2012. After completing my studies, I joined the NIST Center for Neutron Research (NCNR) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) as a research associate. Since 2023, I have been serving as the Chief of Reactor Engineering at the NCNR leading more than 30 engineers. So far, I have been lucky to advise 12 student interns and 11 post-doctoral research scholars. I have more than 50 publications in various journals and conferences.
