Hi! I’m Angela, a certified educator with over 29 years of experience teaching students from elementary through high school. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Florida A&M University and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Northern Iowa. I’m certified to teach grades 1–8 and High School Technology Education, and I currently teach Technology to grades 9–12. My background also includes nine years in middle school Science and Technology and over 18 years teaching all subjects in elementary classrooms.
I specialize in reading intervention, study skills, science, and technology education. I create individualized lessons based on each student’s interests—such as sports, hobbies, favorite characters, and personal experiences—to make learning meaningful and engaging. I meet students where they are and provide differentiated instruction that supports their growth. I also incorporate interactive games and videos into my lessons to increase engagement and make learning fun and dynamic.
My philosophy is that all students can learn with the right approach. I’m passionate about helping students build both academic skills and self-confidence through personalized instruction.
