Other successes include second prize at the 2018 Alexander and Buono International Flute competition, second prize at the 2018 Kuztown Chamber Music Concerto Competition, first prize in the 2016 Great Composer International Music Competition “Master of Wind Concerto Competition”, alternate winner of the 2016 and 2015 MTNA Southern Division Young Artist Competitions, and winner in the 2015 Mid- South Flute Society Master class Competition. Victor has performed as a member of the Peabody Symphony Orchestra, Conductor’s Orchestra of the Peabody Institute, Juan Pablo Duarte Orchestra of the National Conservatory of Music of Dominican Republic, Alfredo de Saint Malo Orchestra Festival.
