My previous experiences include working as a student teacher at Harford County Public Schools, where I created and taught six official English lessons for middle and high school students (ages 12-15). Outside of college, I substituted in K-12 classes at several public schools in Baltimore County for 3 years.
My interests focus on literary analysis, linguistics, ESOL, grammar, vocabulary, writing studies, and proofreading text. Overall, I have 6 years of local experience in education. My tutoring approach guides students toward success by offering patience, kindness, and support to help them better understand English topics. I offer introspective and curious brainstorming techniques that bring students flexible critical thinking skills.
