I'm Ander, a law student at GW Law. I graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a BA in Political Science and Public Health. I began tutoring privately in high school and while at JHU, was hired by the school to tutor undergraduates in Calculus II. I chose to tutor because I found my Calculus II group tutoring session to be a highlight of my freshman year and I felt that other students deserved a similar fun, personalized learning experienced to supplement lectures. I'm flexible, easygoing, and patient with students as I understand what it's like to be in their position.
I tutored Calculus II to small groups for two years through JHU's PILOT program and since graduating have gained over 100 hours of experience tutoring the LSAT. I scored a 1570 on the SAT (800 math section) and a 174 LSAT score through exclusively self-study. I understand how these tests operate and am excited to help other students master them.
