As a fourth-year Hopkins medical student with extensive experience mentoring and teaching medical trainees, I am deeply passionate about medical education and helping students succeed on high-stakes exams like the USMLE. I understand firsthand how overwhelming medical school and board preparation can be, and I enjoy helping students break down complex topics into clear, high-yield concepts that actually stick.
Through my training, I have developed a strong foundation in core preclinical and clinical sciences, as well as a practical understanding of how these concepts are tested on Step exams. My approach emphasizes concept mastery, pattern recognition, and test-taking strategy—helping students not only know the material, but apply it efficiently under exam conditions. I tailor each session to the student’s goals, whether that’s building a solid foundation for Step 1, improving clinical reasoning for Step 2 CK, or addressing specific weak areas.
I also have significant experience mentoring medical students through academic challenges, study planning, and career development, including residency applications and interviews. I take a supportive, structured, and honest approach, and I particularly enjoy working with students who want a clear roadmap and accountability throughout their preparation.
Preparing for the USMLE is not one-size-fits-all. I aim to meet you where you are, help you study smarter and give you the confidence and tools to perform at your best on exam day.
Please feel free to reach out, and I’d be happy to work with you to help you succeed. I look forward to meeting you.
