When you work with me, you will learn to use a reading framework that can be employed again and again with a variety of texts to improve comprehension, and you will learn the 4 writing moves that can be expanded from a paragraph to an essay.
I believe that relationships are an essential part of your education. You need to feel supported and encouraged to push yourself when you are frustrated so that you can accomplish challenging tasks. As a mentor, I want to work with you to create learning experiences that align with your passions and interests. I believe that learning is a life-long process, and that starts by making your education matter to you.
