Hi! I am Sadia.
I am an architect with a Master’s in Sustainable Environmental Design from the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London. My academic journey has been shaped by a passion for design, research, and sustainability. Last year, I was the only candidate from my country to be accepted into both the AA and UCL Bartlett, which has since inspired me to help other students navigate the same path toward their academic goals.
Over the past several years, I have mentored architecture students one-on-one, guiding them through portfolio development, design thinking, and research writing. During my undergraduate studies, I served as a student mentor for two years, supporting peers in architecture and design projects while helping them refine their visual and written presentation skills. I also have experience coaching public speaking and debate, where I trained high school students in argument structure, articulation, and confidence; skills that now inform how I teach clarity and critical thinking in academic writing.
My tutoring approach is highly personalized and encouraging. I aim to understand each student’s unique strengths and creative goals, then tailor my feedback to help them think independently and communicate their ideas effectively. Whether in a design critique, research paper, or personal statement, my sessions focus on combining creativity with structure, ensuring that students not only excel academically but also grow as confident, thoughtful designers and communicators.
