Hello all--my name is Paul, and I'm an undergraduate student at Johns Hopkins University studying chemical and biomolecular engineering and biophysics. I had also studied linguistics and philosophy before settling on my current program. Before coming to Baltimore, I grew up and attended high school in California. I have a level 10 certification with the Music Teacher's Association of California and a 5 in 11 AP's, ranging from Macroeconomics to Calculus BC.
Previously, I had been a piano teacher, teaching keyboard skills for 4 years and then AP Music Theory for 2. I've also volunteered as a flute tutor with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra's OrchKids program for a year. Academically, I've had a year's experience as a Spanish-language interpreter & tutor for ESL high school biology students.
