My interest in tutoring is grounded in my passion for helping students reach their goals through individualized tutoring plans. At my previous tutoring job, I worked closely with high school students to develop and implement a test prep plan. All six of my individual clients reported 100% satisfaction and averaged a 5-point increase in their ACT score. In college, I worked as a teaching assistant for the Biochemistry and Quantitative Modeling in Biology courses. As a teaching assistant, I adapted to my students’ different learning styles and found creative ways to explain complex concepts to them.
