About Mostafa
Hello! I'm Dr. Mostafa, an Assistant Teaching Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering with experience teaching and mentoring students at both the high school and university levels.
Throughout my career, I have helped students succeed in mathematics, physics, engineering, and problem solving. I have worked with high school students preparing for coursework, standardized tests, and college admissions, as well as university students studying circuits, electronics, embedded systems, programming, and engineering design.
My teaching philosophy is straightforward: students learn best when difficult concepts are explained clearly and logically. Rather than focusing on memorization, I help students build a strong understanding of fundamental concepts so they can approach new problems with confidence.
I believe every student learns differently. For that reason, I adapt my lessons to each student's goals, background, and learning style. Whether you are trying to improve grades, prepare for an exam, strengthen foundational skills, or master advanced topics, I will create a personalized plan to help you succeed.
Students often describe me as patient, encouraging, and easy to work with. I welcome questions and strive to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident tackling challenging material. My objective is not only to help students solve today's problems, but also to develop the analytical and critical-thinking skills that lead to long-term success.
I enjoy connecting academic concepts to real-world applications, making lessons more engaging and meaningful. Seeing students gain confidence and achieve their goals is the most rewarding part of teaching.
I look forward to helping you succeed in Math, Physics, ACT/SAT Math, Electrical Engineering, Circuits, Electronics, Arduino, Programming, and related subjects.
Let's work together to achieve your academic goals!
